How consent works here
Before any cookie beyond what's strictly needed to serve the page gets set, you're shown
a consent message built and served by Google, through AdSense's Privacy & messaging
tools. It shows the GDPR version in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, or the matching US
state privacy message elsewhere in the US. Until you respond, this site runs on Google's
Consent Mode v2 defaults: ad_storage, ad_user_data,
ad_personalization, and analytics_storage all denied. Your
answer updates those signals, and the cookies below get set, or don't, from there.

None of these are guaranteed to be sitting in your browser on any given visit. Each one only shows up once we've actually turned the corresponding tool on, and where consent is legally required, only after you've said yes through the message above.

How to manage or block cookies
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser's settings:

- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Blocking storage entirely, or clearing cookies after the fact, has the same effect on this site as denying consent through the message above: analytics and ad-measurement tools won't run until you allow them again.
